Lisa Johnson

Lisa is the Chief Operating Officer of Encharter Insurance. She has more than 30 years of insurance experience spanning brokerage, consultant, and insurance firms. Prior to Encharter, Lisa was Senior Vice President of Marketing for Renaissance Alliance, a premier insurance independent agency group. In that role, she assisted both the corporate entity and independent member agencies with growth strategies and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Lisa’s prior career experience includes running self-insurance groups for R.E. Moulton, Inc., one of the largest Managing General Underwriters of Excess Loss coverage. She was also a partner and served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a start-up consultancy, Lynch, Ryan & Associates, Inc., they were a pioneer in the workers’ compensation loss reduction area, they gained national prominence for its results and service excellence with Fortune 1000 companies such as The New York Times and International Paper.

This success led to a purchase by The Travelers Companies, although the firm continued operating as an independent subsidiary. Lisa served as marketing liaison with the national accounts group of Travelers, working with firms such as Huffy Bikes, Sara Lee, OshKosh B’Gosh, and Hilton Hotels. Prior to Lynch Ryan, Lisa was affiliated with Rollins Burdick Hunter (currently AON) as a broker and with AETNA as an underwriter.

Lisa is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire, Durham, NH. Outside of work, Lisa is an exercise enthusiast, she enjoys biking and hiking with her dog as well as spending time with her family.
