I am currently a Senior Onboarding Specialist, I pull underwriting reports from all of IM companies, track outstanding tasks to be completed, delegate work to team members, train OB new hires and am available to team members for assistance. Additionally, my responsibilities include directing incoming IM faxes and emails to the appropriate agents, working with IM service to save policies from canceling by calling, emailing, and sending letters to notify customers, working in congruence with management to facilitate procedure and I have been with Encharter Insurance for three years.
What are your favorite hobbies to do outside of the office?
Outside of the office I love coming up with new routines at the gym, challenging myself through strength and body weight training, hiking, swimming, clean cooking, and creating my own face oils.
What has been one of your proudest moments working at Encharter Insurance?
My proudest moment working for Encharter was passing my P&C licensing exam on the first try in addition to my promotions and changed positions.
What you do and how you make an impact at the company?
I really enjoy representing our company in community events. I believe positive attitude goes a long way!
